If the packaging is visibly damaged, record the damage with the delivery driver where possible and take clear photos before opening the parcel.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruption, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your tracking information has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will review the shipment with the carrier and assist with the next steps.
Separate Shipments
Products and accessories may occasionally be shipped separately.
In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the parcels may arrive on different dates.
