Refund policy

At SummerComfy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to request a return, report a damaged product and receive a refund.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be:

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals and components

  • Free from damage, modification or improper installation

  • Used only as reasonably necessary to inspect its features and operation

If the product shows excessive use, damage or missing parts, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Please keep the original packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.


How to Request a Return

Before sending your product back, contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

  • Your name and order number

  • The product you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos or videos where applicable

We will provide the return instructions and authorised return address.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or processed.


Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

As air conditioners are large and heavy products, return shipping costs may be significant. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, SummerComfy will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your product is damaged during delivery, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • The product model and serial number, where available

Please keep the product and all packaging while we review your case.

Depending on the issue, we may offer troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair, replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or valid proof that it has been sent.

Where required by applicable law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional express or premium delivery charges are not refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

We will try to assist before the order is processed. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled through the standard return process.
